I wanted to send out an update newsletter about your store. My friend Kym who manages that location is a veteran of Canada's military. She has felt the call to serve her country and has been deployed for a short time. I did not expect this as we set up the store, but it is only temporary. We did have another person available for filling orders, then it came time to build the store and import more updated designing books, and supplies, but now there were 2 degrees of separation. Customer service is a value that I hold close to my heart.
