Our first raffle is coming up!

With three weeks of summer reading behind us (and just over one week until our first raffle!) we have 244 adult summer readers! Together we've read 746 books!

Can't make it to the library? You can make your recommendations online! Inspired by our popular Staff Picks section, our Patron Picks display gives you a chance to spread the word about your favorite reads!

Feel free to recommend any book you like—you don't need to stick to your summer reading books. As long as the library owns a copy (and it's not checked out!) it will be part of our upcoming display.

Next Week's Raffle

Our first raffle of the summer is a $25 gift card to Sadie's Sunrise Café. Sadie's is located on the Berlin Turnpike and offers a breakfast and lunch menu. All raffles include a Berlin-Peck Memorial Library tote bag.

The raffle will take place on Thursday, July 11, so get your tickets in before then! There are currently 140 tickets in the virtual raffle basket.

Leaderboard

Not a lot of movement in our leaderboard this week! miscinky has held on to first place, followed by ntine10 in second place and TheRantingGnome in third. SarahD22 and shariMK are still tied for fourth place. Beth has pulled ahead into fifth place. We have a three-way for sixth place between sharonkay, KatieRecinos, and pearlmsqueaks, and a tie for seventh place between murrunaga and Angel. Great job, everyone!
