Missing summer reading already? Here's what's next.

Summer reading isn't the only game in town! Our All-Year Reading Challenge runs (you guessed it) all year. This program challenges you to read books that fit specific prompts, like "a book with a red cover," "a book about food or drink," and "a book with 'zero' in the title." For every five books you read, you can choose a fun literary-themed pin or sticker!

If you're late to the challenge, that's ok! You can count any book you read this year, even if you read it back in January, as long as it fits one of the prompts.

In October (the spookiest month of the year 😱) our Two-Sentence Horror Story contest returns four its third year! This contest challenges you to compose your own original horror story in only two sentences. Everyone who participates will receive a personalized bookmark with their best two-sentence horror story. We always have tons of fun reading everyone's entries, from the silly to the truly spooky. And the bookmarks are pretty great, if I do say so myself 💀
