Fall is in the air. This is one of my most favorite times of the year. I already pulled out my fall decor. I love the rich colors of fall and the crispness in the air in the mornings and evening.

Labor day really kicks off Fall for me. We are getting together with family in the canyon and enjoying the beautiful weather. I hope you are enjoying the Labor Day weekend.

Kids are back in school, and it's great time to refocus on self-care, goals and priorities. There are still 4 months left in 2024. I want to kick it into gear and finish out the year strong. How about you?
