This is one of your recovery TIPS, is to engage actively with one of the dedicated organisations and rehabilitation centres who help those who are addicted to drugs.
I know you are not addicted to drugs, but remember - addiction to porn and undesirable sexual behaviours are even worse! Where drug addicts can be easily detected due to their physical illness, dangerous behaviour of stealing or acting aggressively when facing withdrawal symptoms, yet porn addicts CAN NOT BE identified due to the secrecy of the act. And so when you support and help others get rid of their agony, you will naturally follow the same path.
So help those in need, and you will be helped by Allah SWT.
