| | RELOAD FEEDBACK AND REVIEW
Ladies and Gentlemen, it has been several months since we launched Reload: your Barbell Strength Blueprint by Fabio Zonin and Pavel Tsatsouline. Hopefully, you have had the chance to test the system and have progress to report. Would you be willing to share your experience? If yes, please send us an email at marketing@strongfirst.com with the subject: Reload.
Additionally, we would appreciate your honest review of Reload on Amazon.com. Reviews are an important tool that helps readers find relevant books, and decide whether they are a good fit. Your comments could even help someone discover StrongFirst.
Power to you. |
| | | VIDEO TECHNIQUE TIP
“Wrist to the Hips” is a great visualization tip by Master StrongFirst Certified Instructor, Pavel Macek, for improving your kettlebell swing and snatch. Taking a swing for example, notice when your wrists align with your hips—for most people it’s when the upper arms reconnect with the torso. Barring extremely long or short arms, we want to keep the wrists there when we hinge to maintain the integrity of the “deadlift” position with shoulders above hips, hips above knees. Maintaining this position when we hinge helps to avoid two common issues that rob you of your hip power. Click the photo to view in Instagram (you do not need an account).

For kettlebell beginners particularly, that means starting out by knowing and addressing limitations that could point you in an ineffective direction and considering the mindset factors that contribute to strength: quality, lifestyle, your why, and pursuing mastery.
