This week's tip is from Master StrongFirst Certified Instructor, Pavel Macek, with an often skipped over practice point: the partial get-up to the elbow and tall sit. Groove this pattern unloaded first to make sure you can initiate the diagonal roll with strength, rather than momentum (or other shenanigans).
