| Ladies and Gentlemen,
Many of you are aware of Plan Strong™, a foolproof strength training system faithfully adapted from the Soviet weightlifting methodology that produced records that still stand decades later. But working through the sophisticated planning process has a downside: it can take an experienced coach four hours to write an eight-week plan. Enter Plan Strong™ custom designed strength plans.
We've gathered an elite team of coaches who—with a detailed survey to gather your training parameters and the help of an exclusive software program to make the complex calculations—create an individualized strength program in less than half the time it usually takes. By saving 'number crunching time,' the team can focus on the many human elements, or the art of the planning process, and provide support during the eight-week cycle. Students get highly reliable strength gains with remarkably enjoyable and safe training—approximately 1.5 hours a week per lift of mostly low reps with moderate weights and never to failure. Note that these plans are not for beginners and you need technical competency in the lifts you wish to plan.
Choose your lifts (from one to four) among those listed below—and get ready to break your strength plateaus and achieve new PRs: - Kettlebell military press (single or double)
- Barbell military press
- Back squat
- Bench press
- Deadlift
- Front squat (barbell or kettlebell)
- Weighted pull-ups*
- Weighted dips*
- Weighted pistols*
*You must be able to complete at least 12 continuous bodyweight reps with perfect form in those exercises to include them in a Plan Strong™ plan. More power to you!
