Mirek Krenc had this to say about his work with VICTORIOUS programming:

About a year ago or even more I was able to press 44kg kettlebell on my right and left hand separately. Since then, the only move I could do with the beast i.e., 48kg was clean up and keep it in rack position for a few seconds. This weight was too much for me. It was just 4kg more than my 1RM but it seemed to be impossible.


I started Victorious II program on April 2024 using following weights (I used extra 1kg magnet to be more precise): 29kg, 33kg, 37kg. To be honest I didn’t believe too much that the program would work. But I was consistent and made every training as it was in description. And then the last workout begins (2024-06-06). After my warm-up I did lifts as in the sheet and then started to progressively lift bigger weights. Before the 48kg attempt I took a longer break, I visualized the beast going above my head. And then with some emotional tension I cleaned it up and quite easily pressed it!!!! It was a wonderful feeling! Thank you very much! The program works so I have ordered the next workout, this time for deadlift because I was stuck for a long period of time.

I finished Victorious I and it was awesome! I also did 1H swings twice a week. I started the plan with a 20kg 7-8RM bell and 24kg 1RM bell. I was a little worried at the beginning how I could manage ladders of 2,4,6 with a (barely) 8RM bell. But I took long rests and the programming just builds you up for the hard weeks. By week 4 I already felt stronger than at the beginning.


And I just loved the singles with 1RM bell. Did tests today and got 4 reps with 24kg and 1 rep with 28kg! I am so pleased with the results. To be honest, I did not expect to press the 28kg. Now pressing the 32kg for reps (my long-term goal) seems suddenly doable. I want to run Victorious II next, because I have matching bells for the plan now.
