About a year ago or even more I was able to press 44kg kettlebell on my right and left hand separately. Since then, the only move I could do with the beast i.e., 48kg was clean up and keep it in rack position for a few seconds. This weight was too much for me. It was just 4kg more than my 1RM but it seemed to be impossible.
I started Victorious II program on April 2024 using following weights (I used extra 1kg magnet to be more precise): 29kg, 33kg, 37kg. To be honest I didn’t believe too much that the program would work. But I was consistent and made every training as it was in description. And then the last workout begins (2024-06-06). After my warm-up I did lifts as in the sheet and then started to progressively lift bigger weights. Before the 48kg attempt I took a longer break, I visualized the beast going above my head. And then with some emotional tension I cleaned it up and quite easily pressed it!!!! It was a wonderful feeling! Thank you very much! The program works so I have ordered the next workout, this time for deadlift because I was stuck for a long period of time. |
