Subject: USA Eventbrite users ONLY

Dear StrongFirst Licensee,


If you use the Eventbrite platform and you are located in the USA, please proceed with:


  1. Verify your Eventbrite account

  2. Review the Bank Account associated with your account

  3. Add your Taxpayer information


1.—To verify your account, log in to your Eventbrite account. Click the building icon located on the left side of the page “Finance.” If you haven’t verified it yet, you will notice a RED dot there.

2. and 3.—After verifying your account, you will be able to see more options under “Finance”.


Click on “Settings” and click on: 

  • “Bank account” to be sure the account information is correct and belongs to you

  • “Taxpayer info” (W-9)

Please proceed to follow these steps at your earliest convenience and no later than December 15th, 2023.
