Teachers of Strength,

2025 has begun, and we are already one month into the year. This marks the final year of the current three-year Teachers of Strength time frame.

Starting in the second half of the year, I will review the agreed-upon expectations for all TOS members. If any member feels unable to meet these expectations, we encourage you to reach out to discuss the best path forward. For those who do not meet the expectations, they will be notified and transitioned to Elite Instructor status as of Dec. 31^st, 2025, with a recertification date set three years from Jan. 1^st, 2026.
