Day 5. Binge watched the StrongFirst S&S online course I bought last month. This helped with the getup to windmill position, now it's time to practice practice practice. For swings I grooved one handed with 12kg - a long way from my 32kg two arm swings! A few more days or a week and I'll bump to 16kg. Booked an appointment with my StrongFirst coach for next week. |
