| Ladies and gentlemen, StrongFirst leadership and licensees,

| First and foremost, I would like to thank Fabio Zonin for an outstanding job he has done leading StrongFirst the last two years. I am looking forward to working with him in a different capacity.
Fabio’s new role at StrongFirst is Product Development. Stepping away from managing the HQ and the licensees will allow him to focus on our new offerings and refine the existing ones. It goes without saying that he will stay on our team as a Master StrongFirst Certified Instructor and keep teaching at our certs and special events.

It has been an honor and a pleasure working for and with each one of you, in the past two years. I will continue to devote my efforts to our School of Strength and pursue our mission of making the world a stronger place. I will be working on products and educational content with Pavel and the team and, of course, continue to teach at courses, certifications and special events.

More changes: Martine Kerr is no longer in charge of marketing. We thank her for her propaganda on behalf of StrongFirst and are glad to have her in the ranks of StrongFirst Leadership. While we search for her replacement, Pavel Macek has been coerced into keeping our message alive on social media. Thank you, Pavel.
We are all looking forward to the return of our live events. Judging from the recent certs in Seoul and Denver, strength cannot be quarantined.
