To earn the title of an Iron Maiden a lady has to lift a 24kg kettlebell once in three events: the one-arm military press, the tactical pullup, and the pistol, all super strict. Many strong athletes are able to complete one of the events. Some can do two. But the ability to do all three is rare, as the three lifts favor different body types. A lady who has completed the challenge exhibits impressive all-around strength.
And one who is able to do five reps in all three events is in a league of her own.
Meet Jackie Vazquez who celebrated her 40th birthday by making it happen.

| Note that Jackie used a Plan Strong™ program to complete her pullup goal. “I was extremely impressed with how quickly I was able to achieve the strength needed to complete those five weighted pullups. All thanks to this Plan Strong program that was simple to follow and incredibly effective.”
