We wish you all a strong 2024.


2024 can be a strong year by building consistency. That’s right, consistency.


The classic New Year’s resolution of 4-6 weeks of training wavers and ends before momentum and consistency can be built. Decide to build 2024 around consistency.


Not perfection, not failure, not intensity, but consistency. Accept that you will make “mistakes,” and life will provide challenges that get in the way of your consistency. Recognize that every stumble is a part of the process, not a failure. If you stop, start again. If you miss a session, get right back to the next one.


That’s the contradiction. Consistency doesn’t have to look “consistent” in the short term. It needs to look consistent in the long term.


When you reflect on December 31st, 2024, will you see the continuity of the training process and consistency of a year of training?

Will you look back on a challenge accepted and pursued for 2024?
