Geoff’s tip for a stronger press:
“Shove or wedge your hips forward while maintaining a hard glute contraction before and during your press. This brings your center of mass under the kettlebells and creates a stronger base of support from which to press. That, in turn, provides a better leverage to drive the weight overhead. It also makes it easier to finish the press “behind your ears” where your upper arms are perpendicular to the ground. Remember to breathe behind the shield.”
