Today’s Zoom movement workshop was an absolute BLAST!
To have the ideas of the remarkable Helen, Marilyn and Libby was insightful and inspirational!
We discussed how to meet kids where they’re at energy wise, whether they’re super sleepy or if they’re high energy!
We also brainstormed ideas for movements for left hand and right hand coordination.
