Here are my top 5 office productivity programs that I use on a regular basis to help finish tasks faster and save my sanity while doing it.

| | 1. Doodle is a scheduling app and website that makes it easy to find a time when a group of people can get together—simple as that. If that's not going boost your productivity by cutting down on needless emails and schedule-juggling, I don't know what will. Doodle has long been one of my favorite productivity apps thanks to its simplicity and utility. | | 2. Zoom is web video conferencing platform for high-definition audio and video conferencing can enhance communication in numerous ways. A plethora of features are available through Zoom, which can help with group collaboration, call clarity, and seamless integration with existing business applications. The Zoom video conferencing service allows you to share your screens, record conferences, annotate collaboratively, and integrate with software ranging from Dropbox to Marketo. Zoom can also be connected to conference room systems, ensuring that your business hardware and software are working in tandem. | | 4. MightyText allows you to send text messages from your Android phone through your computer.
MightyText is a browser add-on that allows you to connect your phone's SMS notifications and messaging to your PC or Mac. The app uses your phone to send and receive texts, and can also sync your photos and videos instantly from your phone to MightyText.
The MightyText add-on will also alert you if your phone reaches a low battery level, and will also inform you of any call alerts and SMS notifications in real time, as they arrive. You can even get notifications from other apps as well, not just from your messaging app.
This App requires you to have the MightyText app installed on your Android phone, and synced with your PC or Mac. https://mightytext.net/desktop-app

| | 5. SugarSync works similarly to other cloud services with its syncing methods. You can download a desktop app and drag folders or files to it to automatically sync. If you have SugarSync on your mobile devices or other desktops, those files will be available there, too. It retains the same file structure as the one established on your desktop computer when it syncs your files. It detects changes in files and folders, then makes updates to the cloud accordingly.
If your computer is compromised in any way, SugarSync has a restore mode to return your files to a new computer. You can still access your files offline, view and edit them, then the next time the device comes online again, it will continue to sync.
One benefit of using SugarSync to share files is that you can do so without giving anyone access to your SugarSync account or the myriad files you've uploaded. For business accounts, you can create shared folders between teams of users who have permission to access the folder. For sharing data with individuals outside the company, such as clients, simply create a public link that you can share through Facebook, Twitter or email.
