Developed for new sales professionals or new hires, our Overcoming Sales Objections workshop assures that new and experienced sale professionals have the knowledge, tools, and strategies to jumpstart successful careers.

Experiencing a sales objection can be a disheartening event. Through this 10-week live video workshop you will learn how to eliminate the objection and push through to successfully complete the sale. Even the best quality services or items can be turned down, and learning how to overcome these denials will be of great benefit.

Overcoming Sales Objections is an essential part of the sales process, as it will open up a whole new set of opportunities. It will produce new sales and provide an ongoing relationship with new clients. Objections will always occur no matter the item being sold or presented.

Workshop Objectives
  • Understand the factors that contribute to customer objections
  • Define different objections
  • Recognize different strategies to overcome objections
  • Identify the real objections
  • Find points of interest
  • Learn how to deflate objections and close the sale.

Small business owners, solopreneurs, service professionals, independent/1099 sales professionals, sales teams, and sales professionals.

This live video workshop meets once a week for ten sessions on Tuesdays. 

Class begins on March 6, 2018, 1 pm EDT

All classes are 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. EDT* (New York) on the following dates:
  • March 6, 13, 20 & 27
  • April 3, 10, 17 & 24
  • May 1 & 8
* 12:00 p.m. Central, 11:00 a.m. Mountain, 10:00 a.m. Pacific.
