your suggestions, your loving messages...
It's awesome and I learned a lot from it :)
Apparently you are essentially interested in my story, my personal life and how I overcame challenges and how I deal with the daily stuff that comes my way.
This goes together with your other favorite: deeper insight in the working of the mind.
One thing struck me when I got your replies, several people asked to suggest only free stuff since they don't have the resources to buy any books.
When I look closer to what is behind this,
I see someone who is limiting himself or herself immediately, putting himself in the cage of money, giving money an enormous power over his well-being.
We have the tendency to check with everything we see in shops or on the internet: can we afford it?
Expressing this thought, saying I cannot afford this or that, is putting yourself in the cage of the money.
Don't let your life be ruled by what you can or cannot afford,
be conscious of this kind of thoughts,
if you don't have the resources at this moment,
go ahead and enjoy the free stuff,
be grateful of the fact that we live in an era that you have access to all great free tools and resources,
but work daily on a plan to get out of debt, to increase your income and
take the responsibility to develop your talents
and be of value to the world.
Shift your focus from:
I cannot do this because I don't have the money,
I cannot afford that because I don't have the money,
I cannot not develop something else because I don't have the money,
NO, NO, NO,
be grateful for all you have access to,
grateful for your ability to read, to explore, to grow...
Our life is a daily exercise in expansion and growth,
at every moment you have the choice:
expansion or restriction
love or fear
growth or limits
adventure or comfort
It is your choice, every single time...
Thanking you again,
and sending you love as always,
Barbara.
PS I almost forgot to mention, the top 5 of spiritual books and mindset books will also come your way in the next weeks :)
