When feeling overwhelmed, stuck or frustrated; concentrate on your breath. Breathe in and out very deeply and let go.
For me it has always been a useful exercise to get out of negative thinking, doubting or worrying.
Your breath is your being. Concentrating on your breathing is connecting with who you really are.
And you are amazing!
