Subject: Message for you before leaving to LA

It's early Monday morning here in Belgium and tonight I'm leaving to Los Angeles for an intensive coaching training by one of the best coaches in the world. I am really looking forward to learn and grow!!

I hope you are doing well and had a nice weekend :)

Before leaving, I wanted to share something I came to realize yesterday after spending a day with family and friends at a cycling race. It is a tradition that we go and watch the Tour of Flandres every year.

It is something that I do for my husband because I know he is so fond of cycling and enjoys having this experience with the entire family.

Yesterday, however, I was not in the mood to go to the race. There was still so much to prepare before leaving for my trip that I saw the whole cycle day as a waste of time.

Once we were there, gradually I was able to put my concerns away and did have a great time.

When I was in bed and overlooking my day, I had all of a sudden this huge insight (I don't know if the glass of limoncello in the Italian restaurant helped me with the insight or not ;)).

I was feeling real joy and realized that the joy is ALWAYS THERE waiting for us to experience.

So why don't we let the joy come in all of the time?

Why do we choose to let it in sometimes and block it so much more times?

Why do we put conditions on experiencing joy?

Why?

If we wanted to, we could experience joy all of the time in 'bad' external conditions and 'good' external conditions.

Inside of us we have this fountain of joy, we are all part of this huge Creation, this Movement in Ecstasy, and we are constantly trying to explain, label and narrow our experiences to understand them with our mind.

Life is not to be understood with our mind alone, it is to be lived and enjoyed fully.

We programmed ourselves to put blocks and conditions before allowing ourselves to experience that joy.

Isn't it beautiful that we get the opportunity to grow and learn EVERY SINGLE DAY? My mind told me that the cycling race was a waste of time that I couldn't probably learn anything there and that I had to be ready for my big trip where I go to learn.

And yet, I learned so much from attending the race and watching myself, raising my awareness, and it gave me wonderful new insights.

I am grateful that I could share this with you, that you took the time to read this and I will keep you updated about my trip!

Sending you love and lots of joy,
Barbara.

PS I got several messages last week that the link for my unique offer of my coaching program didn't work. So I send it again for those who weren't able to open it. I offer my program at a lower price only this time. You can check all details here.
