Subject: Happiness is a state of mind.

My dear, dear friend,

Last week we talked about worthiness. And about worthiness not being tied to your looks, your degrees, your titles or possessions.

This week I would like to talk about happiness as a state of mind rather than a state where all your circumstances are ideal and your expectations are met.

In my practice, I see so many people, even successful people, being clouded with worries. 

We worry about money, we worry about what others say or think about us, we worry about not having a loving relationship. We worry about so many things.

If there is one thing that surviving a stage 4 cancer taught me, it was that every day can be our last day here on Earth.

So would you want to spend the last day of your life worrying?
Would you not rather choose to be joyful and happy regardless of your worries? And have your positivity being an inspiration for other people?

Remember that having a positive attitude will open you a lot more to solutions, that a positive attitude will be more likely to attract positive people around you.


Train your mind to see the good in every situation. Realize that you have the power within you to overcome all your challenges, not only overcome them but rise above them and develop strength and character in this way.
