This actually comes at the perfect time right now.
I've just spent 2 days completely unplugged from the day to day grind of work and family at the shore.
My family and I do this at least once a year, so we can escape the normal everyday challenges and frustrations that come with life.
I've taken walks on the beach and just given myself completely to nature.
It's a life I wish I could lead every single day.
But, the beauty of this time for me, is that it is different.
If it were it a daily thing, it would probably lose the unique appeal.
That's why it is so important to learn an alternative technique to relieve stress on a daily basis.

This practice might even seem a little strange.
But it's something that works, and that's all that counts.
