Following feedback from last year’s attendees, our members and the care experienced young people we have spoken with, the focus of the Summit is how we can collectively improve the health and wellbeing outcomes of care experienced young people in Scotland. We know that the health and wellbeing outcomes of those with care experience can be poorer than their non care experienced peers and The Promise identified the need for improved, accessible, relationship based, trauma informed health services which seek to support and not stigmatise care experienced young people.
