I had the incredible privilege of attending the PFAC keynote presentation delivered by Lieutenant Colonel Oakland McCulloch, and I wanted to share with you the valuable insights I gained from his remarkable journey and unwavering commitment to freedom.
Among the many takeaways, the key themes that resonated with me were TRUST and COMMUNICATIONS. As professionals working with Estate Attorneys, Professional Fiduciaries, Trust Officers, Guardians, and Conservators, it is our responsibility to advocate for proactive measures such as comprehensive Wills and Trusts.
TRUST, defined as the placement of confidence, and COMMUNICATIONS, referring to the critical exchange of information, play a vital role in avoiding estate litigation and preventing chaos triggered by unforeseen events.
I extend my deepest gratitude to Oakland McCulloch for delivering a superior presentation and engaging in a deeper conversation on my podcast.
