With electricity prices rising in all states and territories (with the exception of the ACT) and feed-in tariffs decreasing in several, some solar owners' thoughts are turning to battery storage. 
 
If you're among them and live in VIC or SA, be aware up-front battery subsidies are reducing in Victoria very soon (this Friday) and disappearing in South Australia at the end of August (at the latest) .
