The Victorian solar crisis continues, with the latest blow being Victorian Labor MPs and three crossbenchers preventing an inquiry into the Solar Homes PV rebate fiasco occurring. Last week the Victorian Government was also spruiking future renewables jobs - which was in poor taste given the number solar jobs being lost in the state at the moment.
 
In other news, Australia's Chief Scientist, Dr. Alan Finkel, has raised a few eyebrows with his opinion that Australia should seriously consider producing hydrogen using coal and Richard discusses yet another Bluetooth flaw that should be acting as a wake-up call for solar device manufacturers.
