On a related note, solar power proved to be far more reliable than coal fired electricity generation during the recent record-breaking heatwave in Victoria. It's something Energy Minister Angus Taylor might want to keep in mind when reviewing submissions for the Morrison Government's Underwriting New Generation Investments program.
 
In other news, big things are happening around the little town of Robertstown in South Australia's mid-north, with one large-scale solar + storage project moving along, plus another one in the works - and these facilities will be huge!
