We are always interested in the stories and experiences of our patients living with diabetes and we would love to hear your story. As a valued member of our research group, we would like to give you an opportunity first to share your story with other people living with diabetes. Your story could help and inspire others as they may be able to relate to your experiences and challenges. Others may also find it helpful to hear what helps you to manage your diabetes. As a thank you we will give you either a £20 gift voucher for M&S or Amazon, whichever your preference. Simply answer some questions to help us put your story together (we will ask you to sign a consent form for us to use for marketing and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions if you'd like before signing). Share some recent high-resolution pictures - providing you are comfortable doing this. In the future we may contact you for a video, again if you're comfortable with this.
