And now we are thrilled to announce the next phase of that growth trajectory here in the heart of our Orange County home: after at least 7 months of hard work, we are so pleased to announce that we are expanding and relocating our Tustin offices/warehouse and Rolf's Newport Beach retail operations into a new, larger, all-inclusive, state-of-the-art, 42,000-square foot headquarters just off the SR-55 freeway (at Edinger Ave).
This gorgeous, new facility - pictured above and below - will house our auction warehouse and auction offices, a new state-of-the-art wine storage facility, expanded pallet storage capabilities, and a new, expanded wine retail storefront to serve markets local and beyond. This larger facility will be refrigerated down to wine storage temperatures with a sizable battery of brand-new, state-of-the-art, fully redundant Larkin condensing and refrigeration units and will also feature secure, electronic key FOB entry points, a comprehensive 4K camera system, 24/7 security monitoring, expanded access hours, a substantially expanded retail storefront onsite, and so much more.
To properly complete this move, our Tustin offices and warehouse will be closed this week and next. We are planning fully to reopen the morning of Monday 24 August (unless we finish this process sooner).
We will of course be continuing - and enhancing - our own sanitation, distancing, filtration, and safe handling regimens to keep all staff and customers safe and healthy throughout this current COVID-19 epoch. And doing so will be easier for all in such a facility.
And we ardently hope, of course, someday to host a grand opening at which the Champagne will flow like the mighty Amazon River in Spring. At the moment, however, this cannot be 'in the cards,' given the state of the pandemic. But do keep your ear to the ground, for when we beat this virus, it will happen.
We so look forward to continuing to serve all of our customers and to being able to provide even better products and services to you all in the years to come.
