After more than a decade running Domaine Marc Colin with his younger brother and sister, Joseph Colin started his own Domaine in 2017 with just over 6 hectares from the Colin family holdings. With exceptional parcels in many of the top vineyards of St. Aubin, Puligny and Chassagne, Joseph is forging his own legacy with one of the most exciting new Domaines in Burgundy. In contrast to his older brother, Pierre-Yves of PYCM, Joseph uses very little to no sulfur until bottling and a touch more oak. The resulting wines come out with terrific mineral tension, bright acidity and succulent fruit.
Today, we are able to offer you his delicious Bourgogne Blanc La Combe 2018, which comes from 50+ year-old vines from Puligny-Montrachet. We also have a small amount of his highly-allocated St. Aubin En Remilly 2018 and St. Aubin La Chatenière 2018 which are some of the best wines from St. Aubin being made today.
