| "Hervé Grosjean and his bright-eyed team farm organic vines from 600 to 850 meters above sea level, with the productive 55-hectare Vigna Rovettaz at 650 meters in altitude with sandy, morainic soils. The estate recently added one more hectare of vines to the greater portfolio to make a new barrique-aged Chardonnay, a traditional 'clairet' from local Nebbiolo and a Pinot Noir-based Metodo Classico sparkling wine.
