These are, of course, unprecedented times for all of us. And we at Spectrum Wine are doing everything we can to continue to serve our global friends and customers while keeping all of our employees, customers, partners, and vendors safe and healthy. A couple updates (as of today, Wednesday 25 March 2020):
- Our Tustin, Newport Beach, and Irvine facilities remain OPEN (according to prevailing State of California and federal guidance)
- Curbside pickup is also available (by request)
- As always, delivery to local wine storage facilities is free of charge
- For a limited time we are now also offering FREE DELIVERY within Orange County, California for orders of 12 bottles or more
- We have increased and systematized disinfection and sanitation measures across all of our facilities and we are maintaining social distancing measures as ordered
- Staff who are able work remotely are doing so; other critical local functions, e.g. shipping and receiving, consignment processing, etc., are continuing onsite
- Our upcoming outbound Hong Kong shipment is still on schedule
