Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon
2015 Paso Robles - $46.99
"Vintner Austin Hope, whose family is intertwined in the rise of Paso Robles, spent years working to release a wine of this caliber. Dark and thick in glass, aromas of black currant and blueberry meet with roasted coffee, chocolate syrup and baked plum on the wondrous nose. The palate is soft and extremely expressive, with blueberry, black pepper, firm midpalate tannins and a finish that's redolent of cappucino candies." Wine Enthusiast 97 Points
Experience Cabernet Sauvignon
2013 Paso Robles - $23.99
"Classic Cabernet aromas of blackberry, black currant, cassis, and dried violets shine, with cocoa, toasted coconut, and baking spices in a supporting role. On the palate, the wine is rich and nicely balanced with a silky mouthfeel and soft tannins, and flavors of sweet blackberry, black pepper, and aromatic cedar. A lingering, spicy finish with flavors of blackberry and cassis rounds out the wine."

Aftermath Cabernet Sauvignon
2014 Kaplan Vineyard, Napa Valley - $74.99
Hailing from Jim Kaplan's Napa Valley vineyard, the Aftermath Cabernet Sauvignon is a joint project between Kaplan, renowned winemaker Dave Phinney and highly sought-after viticulturist Steve Matthiasson.  With fruit sourced from the famed Stags Leap District, this Cabernet Sauvignon has everything that Napa is known for.

Appealing nose with bittersweet chocolate, dried lavender and a touch of graphite. Rich and flavorful mouth with notes of dark chocolate, balanced tannins and a long, lovely finish.
Disciples Red Blend
2015 Napa Valley - $44.99
"Complex and evolving from first taste, unique aromas of granite, brambly fruit, mixed berry cobbler, forest floor and smoke open from the glass. More aromas abound; black plums and boysenberry compote that carry through to the palate that is lush, rich, big and brawny. The finish is lingering and persistent and the wine is definitely addictive." Winemaker Kevin A. Fox

Occidental Pinot Noir
2015 Freestone-Occidental, Sonoma Coast - $64.99
"The 2015 Pinot Noir (Freestone Occidental) is superb. Rich, dense and inviting, this Occidental's appellation wine captures the essence of the vintage in its radiant, enveloping personality. Dark red cherry, plum, lavender, licorice and spice notes abound in this exuberant, alluring Pinot. The 2015 shuts down very quickly with air, so I would not open it in advance. Ideally, though, readers should be prepared to hang onto these wines for at least a few years. The Occidental appellation wine now carries the Freestone Occidental designation. It is the same wine I previously reviewed as the estate's Sonoma Coast Pinot. Most importantly, though, it is fabulous." Antonio Galloni 94 Points

Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir
2015 Russian River Valley, Sonoma - $54.99
"Lots of plum and blueberry character with hints of wet earth. Black tea notes. Full body, rich and flavorful. So much going on here." James Suckling 93 Points

"A gorgeous appellation-level wine, the 2015 Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley) is plush and inviting, with plenty of vintage 2015 richness coming through. Succulent black cherry, plum, licorice and lavender are front and center. Silky tannins add to the wine's supple feel and overall immediacy." Antonio Galloni 92 Points

Others Grenache
2014 - $23.99
"Others is a literal and figurative reference utilizing fruit beyond the D66 blend. Chosen for their unique signature, these vineyards are stylistically meant to be accessed earlier, thus resulting in a powerful yet approachable wine. As is the case with D66, small yields are the norm because of extremely rocky hillside sites with scarce water reserves. This dynamic creates small berried fruit with intense color and concentration." Winemaker Dave Phinney
