This second consignment comes to Spectrum Wine after stellar results were achieved through sales of the first parcel in our Summer Auctions. This second consignment represents additional selections of this venerable collector’s 18,000+ bottle collection. This fastidiously-selected collection, found perched atop the hills of Calistoga California overlooking some of the most famous vineyards in Napa Valley, features many of the world’s greatest wines. Stored in a custom-built, constant 52º-55ºF (11º-13ºC), 70% humidity cellar, these bottles have rested with utmost care since their acquisition. This beautiful, world-class cellar is so immaculate that it has graced the pages of Wine Spectator Magazine and is the envy of many of us around the world who have been lucky enough to see it in person. This single-owner collection was procured from reputable retailers such as Kermit Lynch and others upon release and stored in the owner’s cellar since purchase.
