| | | | | The famed Jean-Marc Pillot is the 4th generation winemaker of Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot in Chassagne-Montrachet. Beginning his career at the family domaine in 1985, Jean-Marc has since expanded the scale of cultivated vineyards, leading to an impressive selection of Premier Crus all produced in Jean-Marc’s unique style.
The warm and dry 2014 vintage helped to create very “classic” Burgundies with perfect balance of freshness, fruit concentration, and acidity. With vines ranging from 25-50 years old, Jean-Marc’s chardonnay’s showcase balanced minerality coupled with rich texture and a smooth, long finish.
