Bouzy Grand Cru Rosé Brut NV

60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir. “I have cellared several cases of Camille Savès Brut Rosé over the years and have been extremely happy with the results, and the new release looks to be every bit as excellent as the bottles I have in my cellar. The nose on the current offering is flat out outstanding, as it jumps from the glass in a blaze of blood orange, fraises du bois, chalky minerality, warm biscuits and a topnote of orange peel. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, crisp and laser-like in its focus, with a tightly-knit personality, a great core of fruit, very refined mousse, and superb length and grip on the perfectly balanced finish. This wine has stunning potential, but I would like to see it after it has had a year or two in the cellar to allow its secondary layers of complexity to emerge.”

Costières de Nîmes Rosé Tradition 2023

"70% Syrah, 30% Grenache Noir; this rosé is made by draining off the vat - its color is obtained through a short maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with the temperature controlled at 64°F in order to extract maximum aromatics. A beautiful rosé with a light and fresh pink color and a particularly fruit-forward palate of raspberry and strawberry - typical of the Campuget style - with a good deal of refreshing acidity."

40% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache, 10% Cinsault. "A deeper pink in colour. Serious and grown up, this is a marvelously complex take on rosé. The vivid redcurrant fruit is soon joined by a deeper, more savoury quality, showing lots of almond, citrus, cinnamon and cumin spice. Beeswax and a creamy texture make this a great rosé for food, topped off by a walnut skin finish. A potentially ageworthy style, too."

60% Nielluccio (aka Sangiovese), 40% Grenache. "Electric light magenta, this wine’s beautiful hue catches the eye in particularly attention-grabbing fashion. Yves Leccia cultivates the bottling predominantly from Niellucciu, the Corsican cousin of Sangiovese. Bright, savory, and structured, this wine sinks into your teeth a bit more and leaves a strong impression of Corsican identity and flavor. I can easily see it accompanying an entire alfresco meal if desired, from briny anchovies and olives to grilled fish and vegetables to wild herb-rubbed and charcoal-seared meats."
