Meeting ID: 822 2553 1307 We start at 10.00am Pacific, 6pm UK time, 19.00 Euro time This is a fun workshop - and it is very hands-on - you will be able to experience SP Self Hypnosis, many times during the workshop! If you have a particular 'issue' you want to work on - feel free to bring that up. Learn how to create your own Self Care tool! Fun, immersive, and casual - so dress casual, and use a comfortable chair - or couch or bed for the workshop. As long as I can see your face and hear you and you hear me - its all good.
