Hope you are well and healthy - and staying well and healthy - proactive you know !!

I don't want to overwhelm you with info on SP - and what we send out is only for background if and when you choose

We will send out some info before we start the 18 - 21 class - you know 'the story so far' sort of thing

The reason for this email is some of you were asking for the recordings of the class if available

Unedited recording from the 'main room' - so none of the practices of your sessions except the demos I did

They are in dropbox and big files so probably won't play where they are, we just put them there so you can access them by download

These are 3 and a bit hours long videos - so will take a bit to download. - just let them do it in the background
