There's Self Hypnosis & then there's SP Self Hypnosis!!
Every Year we put on a couple of these special ( and constantly developing) Self Hypnosis Workshops - here on Vancouver Island.
They are small classes for maximum involvement – so seating is limited.
Regular Self Hypnosis - is a powerful and wonderful tool. But it only uses a small portion of the potential of what you can achieve.
Through trial and error I have - well we have - me and the people who attended the workshops have learn how to use the Deep States that can be achieved with Simpson Protocol and used them in our Self Hypnosis practice.
The deeper state you can achieve - the more disengaged your conscious mind is and the more powerful Higher mind and Superconscious Mind can make the changes you want.
Now remember like all Hypnosis - no matter how deep you cannot , or anyone cannot do something that doesn’t fit with what you want. So you cant spin off into ‘crazy’ is what I am saying!!
This 2 day workshop teaches you how to use this Deep State Hypnosis whenever you want - for Pain management, anxiety, stress, yes your own stop smoking session, and so much more. But mostly I like to teach it so you can empower yourself. Teach you to take journeys of the mind and explore whatever your imagination can imagine. But again this doesn’t mean you can plunge into the 'dark” side of your processes.
The Higher Mind is always there and it will only do what is best for you.
We teach for a day and a half and learn to gradually go deeper and deeper and understand what things can be done - and then on the last day we typically have a mini Shamanic Journey - with drums and imagination and journeys for your mind.
It’s quite wonderful. And I am always asked to put them on – but , there is only so much time in the year!!
But the main point is you learn to literally deepen your Self hypnosis and you have that tool for life.
