Making sure you have what you need for Simpson Protocol Training starting this Friday Sept 18 starting at 9.00am Pacific, and 18.00 CEST - all days

This is LIVE online training done over 6 sessions - each approx 4 hrs long

 So it will be Sept 18, 19, 20 and then Sept 25, 26, 27

1) Zoom link and info below (we will open Zoom about 15 mins before start time to allow you to set up if necessary)

2) Also, make sure you have the FIRST PRACTICE cheat sheet from the info page: ( you can print it out - or have it available to read on a separate screen)

3) Ideally, go through the preclass info

Now, this is on ZOOM - so a Desktop, Laptop or iPad is ideal. And if possible if you can plug in directly to your modem that is a bonus!!

When you connect -( the link we send does everything you need )- please make sure anything else on your computer is closed down - especially any internet browsers or Skype etc. Keep the bandwidth as clean as possible

And as this is online - you can pick your most comfortable chair, most comfortable clothes - and feel free to snack away whenever you choose

FOR THE PRACTICES: with each other - your partner will need to see your hands - both hands -and face - and be able to hear you.

So feel free to play around to set yourself up - so hands and face are seen - but be comfortable - use a recliner or even lie on a couch - if you choose - as long as you can be heard for the practices

And if you are on a laptop or PC you can record your own practices ( ask us to 'allow record' for you)
