The workshop will allow you to go in and out of Hypnosis quite a few times - as we show you many of the different uses you can use SP Self Hypnosis for - on your own - so be comfortable. You can find a comfy chair or lie on a bed or couch - as long as you can hear us on Zoom

You can interact by chat or voice after any session - there are quite a few participants - so we won't be able to see everyone at the same time - so feel free to use Zoom's "raise a hand' or the chat or voice anytime

And we will be doing some parts in Spanish and some in English and you will see - when in SP Hypnosis - language is not an issue!!
