Now yes the present circumstances have created an opportunity to change, and have SP Online Trainings

But actually, this has been actually created over the last year by my online mentoring and training for Certification - that has blown me away about not only how effective it is - but how it allows the student - flexibility yes, focus - but also able to absorb the training in a much better fashion than one time through Live

And since last summer I have been talking to SP trainers how we can improve SP Training to incorporate all the resources we have online and all the processes we are learning from out on-line sections

So here we go we are launching on-line SP training

But we are doing some test trainings with some 'lucky few' and from that, we will build the online training

Actually I have a pretty good idea of how the Training will work - theoretically - but I want to get a hands-on practice training to make sure it works at the best possible way

Now there will always be a LIVE component offered - and for even the trainings we do in this time we will add in LIVE day or 2 after the fact.

So it will be a combination - most of the training, and practice will be on-line and then maybe a 2 day LIVE follow-up. Complete, but Hybrid training.

What I do know - what it will offer - by the nature of being on-line - it will make it easier for your schedules (and hotel bills) -and boost your ability to practice and have confidence in the process.
