The workshop will, of course, lead you through an SP process and set you up with trigger words - so you can use this anytime

We will also go through some different journeys in Self Hypnosis that you can use anytime - and you will have access to a special Simpson Protocol Self Hypnosis website after the class - that you can use to expand even more the things you can do with SP Self Hypnosis
