 I am sorry Jacquie Balogh couldn't make it - we always have fun together - but she will be doing another workshop I believe in April.

I sent a quick email after the class with the examples of Chakras and Pro-Health attached - if you didn't receive the email (it's probably in your Spam folder)- you can find them here in this dropbox folder - SH Feb2022

Now those files are designed to be used on a Client. For Self Hypnosis you don't need to read them out - they are there for your reference.

You just need to say before you put yourself in Self Hypnosis - SuperConscious I would like you to run the Chakra and Median program when I am in trance - and let me know ( if using the subliminal) when that is done - or allow me to emerge when that is completed.

They are also audios for them on the SP Self Hypnosis website.

When the videos are processed from Zoom I will put them in that dropbox folder SH Feb2022. Probably be a day or so.
