Please download and print the first 2 practise session sheets - or have them available to read during your practice on a separate screen etc
For practice make sure you can see both hands and face on the screen
Be comfortable, it's a casual affair!! Important - but casual.
For practice sessions, as the client, you can use a recliner, a bed, a couch to lie on etc
