That's Sunday, Nov 7th AEDT - Saturday for me up here in the far North!!

If you haven't joined one of these workshops - it's - well - an adventure of the Mind

We set up the group with Simpson Protocol triggers - so that they can use them anytime for any Self Hypnosis they choose, after the workshop. Then we teach everyone how to use these triggers and 'play' with SP Self Hypnosis to show what can be done. Plus everyone gets access to an SP Advanced Self Hypnosis website where there are a variety of pre-done SP Self Hypnosis audios to be listened to.

All this is done LIVE online - so need to leave your comfy chair - or bed!

And with Lance Baker - there is always some very, let's say, eclectic stuff put into the mix - so I am really looking forward to that!
