Re ZOOM - we will open the ZOOM about 20 mins before start time- if you want to check connections etc

When you are running ZOOM - please make sure ALL OTHER PROGRAMS on your computer are closed - especially web browsers, Skype etc- anything that takes up resources or bandwidth

A word about the Location: Your place :

Feel free to use the bathrooms and take any snacks you like from the fridge - I hear the food is great there.

Also, it's your place- so dress comfortably - and there is a lot of Hypnosis in this course - you are allowed to have your most comfortable chair available for your practice.

For Practice - we need to see both hands and face - set your self up for that - won't need it right away on Saturday though
